Camille LaBry
Description
Camille LaBry is an American voice actor known for her work in English dubs of anime series and live-action films. She is also professionally known as Camilla Debry and has been credited as Camille LaBry West. Born in Austin, Texas, she is based in Los Angeles, California. Her career in voice acting for English adaptations began primarily during the late 2000s and includes several notable supporting roles in series licensed for North American release. Her anime voice credits include Yuko Atoda in the series Ah My Buddha and its second season Ah My Buddha: Katsu, Akane Asahina in the supernatural comedy series Kanokon: The Girl Who Cried Fox, and Ayuki Mari in the romantic comedy-drama Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl. Beyond traditional anime series, LaBry has also contributed voice-over work for English adaptations of several Japanese live-action films. In the 2007 film Crows Zero, she provided voice work for the character Ruka, also known as Ruka Izawa. Her other live-action dubbing credits include Tokyo Gore Police, One Missed Call 3: Final, and Devilman as the character Silene. LaBry's voice acting portfolio extends to video games, where her roles include Sister Svalna in World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King and Diane in Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War. Much of her anime and dubbing work was produced during an active period of English localization for the North American market by studios such as Media Blasters.
