Roly Gutierrez is an American voice actor and ADR director known for his work in English dubs of anime and animated series. Born Rolando Pablo Gutierrez on February 20, 1983, in Miami, Florida, he is based in South Florida and is active in both voice acting and dubbing direction.

Gutierrez is recognized for providing the English voice of the lead character, Gintoki Sakata, in the Hulu English dub of the long-running anime series Gintama. This role marks a significant point in his career as the voice of the series' protagonist. His other notable anime voice roles include Hiroshi Nohara in Super Shiro and a PMC Commander in the series Obsolete.

In the 2019 animated series Go Astro Boy Go!, Gutierrez voiced the character Dr. Blunt, one of the assistants to Professor Ochanomizu. Beyond these roles, his voice acting work spans a variety of animated projects. He has contributed to series such as Legend Quest and its follow-up Legend Quest: Masters of Myth, Monica and Friends, Villainous, and Time to Rock. His film work includes a role in the animated film Elcano & Magellan: The First Voyage Around the World.

In addition to his on-microphone work, Gutierrez also works as an ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) director and engineer, overseeing English dubs for various projects. He has been noted for his multi-disciplinary background, which also includes work as a music engineer and producer under the name Naked Viking.
