Naoya Iwahashi is a Japanese voice actor born on February 21, 1979 in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of Meiji University. In the industry, his name is also sometimes romanized as Naoya Iwashi.

Iwahashi began his voice acting career affiliated with the agency Kekke Corporation, where he remained until March 2007. He later joined the agency Trias in May 2010, leaving in May 2012. His on-screen anime credits span from the mid-2000s and include a variety of supporting and lead roles in popular series.

He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Jim Crocodile Cook in the long-running series Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, a character from South Academy who becomes an ally to the protagonist Jaden Yuki. Another significant role from this period is Sora Kaido in the 2006 series Humanoid Monster Bem. In 2005, he voiced the character Soul in the magical girl series Sugar Sugar Rune.

His other anime credits include roles in GANTZ (as Kiyohiko Matsumura and a store clerk), Princess Resurrection (as a male student), Eyeshield 21, Kaiketsu Zorori, and the OVA projects The Prince of Tennis: Nationals and Mai-Otome Zwei, where he played a shopkeeper. He also contributed his voice to video games, particularly within the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! Tag Force, as well as titles like THE Kanshiki-Kan and Sugar Sugar Rune: Pick Up!.

Beyond his voice work, Iwahashi has documented interests and skills that include playing the piano, karate (kempo), and archery, in which he holds a first dan ranking. He also possesses qualifications in industrial and commercial accounting. His height is 163 cm and his blood type is O.
