Trish Ledoux

Trish Ledoux has worked as a voice actor, editor, translator, scriptwriter, and producer in the North American anime industry. Her career in anime began in the late 1980s, when she wrote for Animag, and she later became the founding editor of Animerica magazine. In addition to her editorial work, she has written hundreds of ADR scripts and served as a producer for the DVD releases of the series Trouble Chocolate and Project Arms.

As a voice actor, Trish Ledoux is known for her role as Princess Kahm in the English dub of the 1986 original video animation Outlanders. Her performance in this role was part of the version produced by the L.A. Hero or Animaze dub. She also appeared as herself in the 2004 documentary Otaku Unite!, which explores the history of Japanese animation fandom in the United States.

Beyond her on-screen and voice work, Ledoux has been a significant figure in bringing manga to English-speaking audiences. She has worked as an editor, translator, and adapter on numerous popular manga series, including Ranma 1/2, InuYasha, Maison Ikkoku, Ceres, Kaze Hikaru, Here is Greenwood, and the first eighteen volumes of Rurouni Kenshin. She is also the co-author of The Complete Anime Guide.
