Toshiki Kashu is a Japanese actor and voice actor, born on January 16, 1979, in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He is best known for his leading role as Shouichi Tsugami, the protagonist who transforms into Kamen Rider Agito in the 2001 tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Agito. Before his acting debut, Kashu worked as a fashion model for magazines such as Fine. His career took a significant turn when he successfully auditioned for the main role in Kamen Rider Agito, marking his entry into the entertainment industry.

His portrayal of Shouichi Tsugami remains his signature role, which he has reprised multiple times across various productions. These reprisals include the film Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4, the special Kamen Rider Agito Special: A New Transformation, and the video Kamen Rider Agito: Three Great Riders, all released in 2001. Nearly a decade later, he returned to the role for a cameo appearance in the 2009 film Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker. He provided the voice for Kamen Rider Agito in the 2018 film Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever and later made another on-screen appearance as Shouichi Tsugami in episodes 31 and 32 of Kamen Rider Zi-O in 2019.

Beyond the Kamen Rider franchise, Kashu has appeared in a variety of Japanese television dramas and films. His television credits include roles in Ruri's Island in 2005, Dollhouse in 2004, A Younger Man in 2003, and the police drama Hanchou: Kounan-shi Azumihan. He has also worked in film, with roles in Overdrive and the horror series Murder Credit: Final Destination Series. In video games, he has voiced his character Kamen Rider Agito in titles such as Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider Seigi no Keifu, and Super Climax Heroes.

In a notable achievement, Kashu was the inaugural recipient of the COTTON USA Award "Mr. COTTON USA" in 2004. Demonstrating a deep interest in Japanese culture and history, he enrolled in Kokugakuin University in 2009, where he studied Shinto at the Faculty of Shinto Studies. He balanced his acting career with his education and graduated in March 2014.
