Toshihiko Miki is a Japanese voice actor and actor born on January 17, 1940, in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. He stands 178.5 cm tall.

Miki is perhaps best known for his roles in the long-running Kamen Rider franchise, specifically within the 1980 to 1981 series Kamen Rider Super-1. In this series, he portrayed the character General Megarl, also known as Mega Shogun, who serves as a primary antagonist. General Megarl is the only eminent chief of the Dogma Kingdom, a secret extremist organization, and rides a horse named Baraga. Later in the series, the same character transforms into the formidable Death Buffalo before being destroyed by the titular hero. Miki reprised this role for the 1981 film Kamen Rider Super-1: The Movie.

Beyond tokusatsu (live-action special effects) productions, Miki has contributed to several notable anime series. He voiced Ernest Frederick Egin in the supernatural action series Blue Exorcist. He also played the role of a curator, credited as Director, in the slice-of-life comedy Barakamon. In the cyberpunk anime Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, he provided the voice for the character Niimi in episodes twenty through twenty-two.

His other acting credits include appearances in live-action dramas and specials, such as the 1992 series Special Rescue Exceedraft and a 1997 television special titled Esute Salon Shiroi Hada Satsujin Jiken. In the field of dubbing, Miki was the Japanese voice of Joe Patroni, originally played by George Kennedy, in the 1994 Nippon TV dub of the film Airport.
