Chisato Mori is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on March 13, 1989, in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the agency FIRST WIND production as of 2022. Mori is a graduate of the AIR AGENCY Voice Actor Training School. Her career began in 2011 after she was selected from an audition for the variety show SAY!YOU!SAY!ME! and subsequently became a member of the rookie voice actor unit OneLittleKiss. She was formerly affiliated with AIR AGENCY from April 2012 until December 2020, after which she worked as a freelancer before joining the agency Object in June 2021 and then FIRST WIND production the following year.

Mori has built a career voicing a variety of characters in anime, games, and other media. In television animation, her roles include Shōyu in the 2014 series Nya-men and Pō-chan in the 2013 series Pupipō!. She is also known for her role as Yukari Sakajima in Gundam Build Fighters. Her other anime credits include the Dragonkin child in Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, various characters in IDOLiSH7 and its sequel, and a role in The Fruit of Grisaia. In the realm of web animation, she voiced Mika in Okatu no Kodomo-chan.

Beyond animation, Mori has an extensive body of work in video games. Her game roles include Xiao Heifeng in Tokyo 7th Sisters, Sorako Harumiya in Idol Connect, and multiple characters such as Ganesha in Soukyuu no Sky Galleon. She has also contributed to foreign language dubbing for projects like the film A Turtle's Tale: Sammy's Adventures. Her voice can be heard in radio dramas and she has performed as a singer, releasing music with her unit OneLittleKiss and singing character songs for various projects. She has also appeared on stage, taking on leading roles in productions such as Yume no Kari, Tori Kago no Sora and Sakuya no Shimura no Hana no Shita de.

A noted long-term professional relationship is her friendship with fellow voice actress Juri Nagatsuma, which began when they met at an audition during high school.
