Description
Ui-Jin Chae, also known as Chae Eui-jin, is a South Korean voice actress whose career began when she joined the Tooniverse Voice Acting Division in 1997. Two years later, in 1999, she moved to the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's Voice Acting Division, where she became affiliated with one of South Korea's major broadcasters. Her work is primarily defined by providing Korean-language dubbing voices for foreign animation, live-action series, and video games.
Among her notable voice roles in anime is Mipple from the Korean television edition of Futari wa Pretty Cure. Her extensive list of other prominent anime credits includes Flay Allster in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, Asuna Kagurazaka in Negima!?, Clare in Claymore, Anemone in Eureka Seven, Road Camelot in D.Gray-man, Kanon Kusama in Guilty Crown, and Musa in Winx Club. Beyond these series, she has voiced characters in a wide range of other anime, including Chobits, Dr. Slump, Princess Mononoke, and the Powerpuff Girls, as well as its anime adaptation, Powerpuff Girls Z.
