Steve Mann is an English-language voice actor known for his work in the dubbing of Japanese anime series. He is sometimes credited under the name Stephen Mendel, with Steve Mann serving as a pseudonym for his voice-over performances. Mann began his career in anime voice acting around 2009, where he was noted as a newcomer when he was cast in the English dub of the OVA series Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, produced by NYAV Post. In that series, he provided the voice for Cardeas Vist, the head of the powerful Vist Foundation and the father of the protagonist Banagher Links. He later reprised this role for the television broadcast version, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096.

Mann’s other significant roles include Isamu Kihara in the supernatural drama A Lull in the Sea (also known as Nagi-Asu: A Lull in the Sea), the gruff grandfather of one of the main characters from the surface world. He also voiced Oldham, a member of the fleet aboard the ship Gargantia, in the science fiction series Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet. The English dub for Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet was directed by Tony Oliver at Bang Zoom! Entertainment, a studio Mann has worked with on multiple projects. In addition to his named roles, Mann has voiced several minor characters, including various fishermen, inhabitants, and facility directors in series such as A Lull in the Sea and Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet.
