Bin Sasaki is a Japanese voice actor born on July 31, 1942, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. He is a male performer known for a long career providing voices for anime series, films, and Japanese dubs of foreign productions. He attended Waseda University but did not graduate.

Sasaki is recognized for a wide range of character roles, often portraying authority figures, elders, and supporting characters. In the 2015 mystery anime series The Perfect Insider, he voiced the character Tomihiko Yuminaga. His other notable anime credits include Endo in the Eureka Seven franchise, specifically in Eureka Seven AO and Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution, the Elder in the science fiction film Harmony, Dr. Eichmann in the Lupin the Third television special Sweet Lost Night, and Elroy in the classic series Cowboy Bebop.

Throughout his career, Sasaki has taken on roles in a variety of other popular series. He played Magra de Grana in Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond, the President in Heroman, Kenichi in an episode of Bunny Drop, and Hizenkami Masanori Tsutsui in the historical film Bakumatsu no Spasibo. His additional anime work includes appearances in Case Closed, Gantz, Golgo 13, Saiyuki as the narrator, Twin Spica, and Beyblade: Metal Fury. He also voiced Omatsu in Gingitsune and provided character voices for series like Armored Trooper Votoms: Pailsen Files, Zipang, Ultra Maniac, The File of Young Kindaichi, and Marvel Future Avengers as Odin.

Beyond anime, Sasaki has an extensive career in voice-over for foreign live-action media. He is known as the Japanese dubbing voice for Aaron Pierce and John Keeler in the television series 24. His film dubbing work includes Arthur in Kingsman: The Secret Service. He has also contributed voices to several video games, such as Manfred in Heavy Rain, the Pope in Dragon Quest VIII, and roles in Rogue Galaxy and Baten Kaitos II.
