Yurika Kurosawa is a Japanese voice actor, actress, and television personality born on October 14, 1988, in Chiba Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency irving. Kurosawa first gained attention in the entertainment industry when she was selected as a finalist in the 2013 voice actor competition Spartan MX. She was also a finalist in the Photo Genic Japan Contest 2011.

Kurosawa made her debut as a singer on April 1, 2012, releasing the single Namida no April Fool under the Nippon Columbia label. Her early career also involved modeling and appearing in various television dramas and films. As part of her voice acting work, she performed theme songs for several anime series. She was part of the musical group Kusuma San Shimai, formed from her Spartan MX participation, and performed the ending theme songs for both the television anime Pupa and the program TV Long Riders!.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Yurika Kurosawa is best known for her role as Yayoi Ichinose in the 2016 cycling-themed series Long Riders!. The series follows a group of university students who form a cycling team named Fortuna, with Kurosawa's character being one of the five core members. Prior to this, in 2014, she voiced the three Arita Sisters in the surreal horror anime Pupa. Beyond animation, her stage work includes performing in live adaptations, playing the role of Milly Ashford in the Code Geass stage play Lelouch of the Rebellion: Eve of Uprising and appearing in multiple productions of Cutie Honey The Live.

Kurosawa has also worked extensively in live-action television and radio. She has appeared on numerous Japanese variety programs, including as a contestant on the show Mood Kanya? where she was named the first-ever MVP of the Nobu-1 Grand Prix.
