Minerva Hernandez is a retired Venezuelan dubbing actress and interpreter known for her work in Latin Spanish voiceovers for anime and other media.

Her career in anime voice acting includes several prominent roles. In the series Fullmetal Alchemist, she provided the voice for the character Izumi Curtis. Her other anime credits include roles in Basilisk, Mushishi (as Mana and Yahagi), Hell Girl (providing voices for Ayaka Kurenai, Meguro, Akane Sabai, and Noriko Hayashi), and Vandread: The Second Stage (for additional voices).

Hernandez is particularly recognized for her work within the Steel Angel Kurumi franchise. She voiced the lead character Kurumi in the Latin Spanish dub of the original Steel Angel Kurumi series. Expanding on this role, she voiced Kurumi Mark II in the sequel series Steel Angel Kurumi 2. Additionally, she voiced Kurumi once more in the OVA miniseries Steel Angel Kurumi Encore. As a result, she is the consistent Latin Spanish voice for the Kurumi character across multiple installments of the franchise.
