Doug Rand, also known as Douglas Rand, is an American voice actor and screen actor based in France. He was born Douglas E. Rand on December 14, 1957, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His career has primarily been established in Europe, where he works extensively in voice-over for animated productions and video games, particularly those from French studios.

Rand is most recognized within the anime community for his substantial contributions to the English-language dub of the Dragon Ball Z movies produced by AB Groupe, commonly referred to by fans as the "Big Green" dub due to its distinctive script and character name pronunciations. In this French-produced dub, he was a prolific voice actor, taking on a wide array of major and supporting roles across numerous films. His notable villain roles in this dub include Broly in Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan, Cooler in Cooler's Revenge, Garlic Jr. in Dead Zone, Android 13 in Super Android 13!, and Dr. Wheelo in The World's Strongest. He also provided the voice for the character Tien Shinhan in Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure and has voiced other prominent heroes and anti-heroes such as Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Bardock in various AB Groupe movie dubs. His extensive list of characters from this dub also includes Yamcha, Android 17, Master Korin, Mr. Popo, Zarbon, and Bojack.

Beyond his work on Dragon Ball, Doug Rand has a notable career in video game voice acting, particularly for the Rayman franchise developed by Ubisoft. He has been a central voice actor for the series, portraying characters such as Globox, the Magician, the Bubble Dreamer, and Joe the Alien. In later titles like Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends, he voiced the majority of the male characters, and even provided the voice for Rayman himself, often blending his performance with archival audio from the French version.
