Tiffany Vollmer

Tiffany Vollmer is an American voice actress, film producer, and make-up artist, born on July 22, 1973. She is best known for her work with Funimation, where she provided the English voice for the character Bulma in the Dragon Ball anime franchise for a decade.

Vollmer was cast as Bulma in 1999, beginning with the third season of the Dragon Ball Z English dub. She went on to voice the character in the remainder of Dragon Ball Z, the uncut redub of the first two seasons, and the original Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT series. Her tenure as Bulma also extended to numerous films, including Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan, Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn, Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon, Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might, Dragon Ball Movie 3: Mystical Adventure, Dragon Ball Movie 4: The Path to Power, Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone, as well as the television special Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks. She also voiced Bulma in several Dragon Ball video games. Her run as the character concluded in 2009, when she was replaced by Monica Rial starting with Dragon Ball Z Kai.

Beyond her signature role, Vollmer took on minor voice parts in other anime series produced by Funimation. She voiced a manager in an episode of Yu Yu Hakusho and the character Betsy in two episodes of Case Closed.

Alongside her voice acting, Vollmer worked on live-action film productions both in front of and behind the camera. She served as an associate producer on the short film Placebo (2006), which co-starred fellow Funimation voice actors Laura Bailey, Meredith McCoy, and Mike McFarland. She also worked as an actress, key makeup artist, and head of wardrobe for the film Ciao (2008), and provided makeup and wardrobe for Stalker's Dating Guide (2008). In 2010, she was the assistant director and art director for the horror film Evidence of a Haunting.

Later in her career, Vollmer moved into education. She became the Department Chair and author of the Acting for Media and Master Makeup Artistry degree programs at MediaTech Institute in Dallas, Texas, where she also serves as a Senior Faculty advisor.
