Jesús Colin was a Mexican voice actor recognized for his extensive work in Spanish dubbing for anime, films, and television series. He served as the original Latin American Spanish voice for Master Roshi, also known as Kame Sen'nin or Muten Rōshi, across numerous installments of the Dragon Ball franchise. His portrayal of this character can be heard in the Dragon Ball series, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT, as well as in several animated films based on the series. These films include Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure, where he played Maestro Roshi; Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, also as Maestro Roshi; and Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, where he voiced the character known as Mutenroshi. His performance as the Turtle Hermit is considered iconic by fans of the Latin American dub.

Beyond his signature role in Dragon Ball, Colin voiced a variety of other anime characters. He provided the voice for Kaosu, also known as El Anciano (The Ancient One), in the series Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers, known in Spanish as Guerreros Samurai. His other anime voice credits include roles in Sailor Moon, Shuten Doji, The Legend of Ellcia, and the film The Wonderful Galaxy of Oz. In animated films, he voiced Professor Porter in the Latin American Spanish dub of Disney's Tarzan and Emperor in Mulan.

Jesús Colin was born on September 14, 1928. He later retired from dubbing due to health issues and relocated to the city of Acapulco. He passed away on May 16, 2011, at the age of 82.
