Rüdiger Schulzki was a German actor, voice actor, and dialogue director. Born on March 1, 1940, he died on August 5, 2022, in Hamburg, Germany. He began his career appearing in on-screen television productions from 1963 to 1982, including episodes of the German crime series Tatort and the series St. Pauli Landungsbrücken. However, he became best known for his extensive work as a dubbing voice actor in Hamburg.

Schulzki's voice is recognized by fans of German-language dubbing for several prominent roles in animation, film, and video games. One of his most famous roles was providing the voice of the villain Shredder in the popular animated series Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles for the first seven seasons. In the 1990 animated series Galaxy Rangers, he served as the intro narrator and voiced the character Lazarus Slade. In the anime series Cyborg 009 Call of Justice, he played the role of Pyotr. His other notable voice roles include K.A.R.R. in Knight Rider, Oscar Goldman in The Six Million Dollar Man, and Harald Vanger in the Swedish film The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Beyond animation and live-action dubbing, Schulzki was an active voice actor for video games and audio dramas. He was the German voice of Cave Johnson in the video game Portal 2, Blake Dexter in Hitman: Absolution, and The Duke in Resident Evil Village. He also narrated the opening sequence intros for the starting zones in the German version of the popular online game World of Warcraft. In the long-running audio drama series Die drei??? (The Three Investigators), he voiced the recurring character Onkel Titus, the uncle of lead character Justus Jonas, beginning with episode 183.

Throughout his career, Schulzki also worked as a dialogue director, including on the series The Bionic Woman. He is remembered for his deep, versatile voice and his contributions to German-language media over several decades.
