Fabian Harloff is a German actor, voice actor, and musician born on January 27, 1970, in Hamburg, Germany. He comes from a family involved in the film industry, as his grandfather worked as a dubbing director and his father as a director. Harloff began his career in the entertainment industry as a child actor in the 1980s, gaining early recognition through the television series Ein Fall für TKKG. He has since remained active across television, theater, and voice acting, including a long-running role on the German series Notruf Hafenkante.

As a voice actor, Harloff has contributed to numerous German dubs of international productions, accumulating over one hundred credited speaking roles. He is particularly known within the anime community for providing the German voice for several prominent characters. His most frequent anime role is Shino Aburame, the quiet and insect-wielding ninja, a character he has voiced across the entire Naruto franchise. His work as Shino includes the original Naruto series, Naruto Shippūden, the films Naruto Shippūden: The Will of Fire and Naruto Shippūden the Movie: Bonds, the spin-off series Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals, and the sequel series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
