Carmen Tellez, also known as Carmen Téllez Rubio, is a Spanish dubbing actress and voice-over artist recognized for her work in anime and animated series. Her voice acting career includes a significant association with the long-running Inazuma Eleven franchise, where she has voiced multiple characters across various series and films. In the original Inazuma Eleven series, she provided the voice for Sam Kincaid and Silvia Woods. She reprised the role of Silvia Woods in Inazuma Eleven GO, Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stones, and Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, while also taking on the role of Shunsuke Aoyama in those same series. In the film Inazuma Eleven: La película, she voiced Silvia Woods, Byron Love, and Sam Kincaid, and in Inazuma Eleven GO: La Película - Grifo, el lazo absoluto, she voiced Shunsuke Aoyama and Silvia Woods.

Beyond the Inazuma Eleven franchise, Tellez voiced the character Chisa Shinohara in the Spanish dub of the magical girl anime series Fancy Lala. Her work in animation also includes the role of Roxy in the popular series Winx Club. In film, she contributed additional voices for the Spanish dub of the animated feature WALL-E.
