Andre Beyer is a German actor, voice actor, and audiobook narrator born in Dresden in 1957. He completed his acting studies at the Theaterhochschule Hans Otto in Leipzig from 1978 to 1982. Following his education, Beyer embarked on an extensive stage career, performing at theatres in Freiberg, Senftenberg, and Lüneburg. His theatre repertoire includes a wide range of classical and modern works, with roles such as Pozzo in Waiting for Godot, the title role in Amphitryon, and Dwight Grackle in the satire November, a role he played in various theatres across Germany from 2009 to 2014. In addition to his stage work, Beyer has appeared in numerous German television productions, including episodes of Tatort, Großstadtrevier, Rote Rosen, and the television film Lebe dein Leben.

While Beyer has worked as a voice actor since 1990, he has become particularly prominent in the field of anime and video game voiceovers. He is known for lending his voice to several notable characters in Japanese anime series. He performs the role of Saazbaum in the mecha series Aldnoah.Zero. He is also the voice of Archduke Verance in the Code Geass spin-off series Code Geass: Akito the Exiled. His other anime roles include Mondo in La storia della Arcana Famiglia, Wolfgang Regendorf in Dance in the Vampire Bund, and the metal giant Auta Magetta from Universe 6 in Dragon Ball Super. Furthermore, he has provided voices for characters in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.
