Takumi Kurebayashi is a Japanese voice actress born on September 20, 1959 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She was affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Her earlier stage name was written in hiragana as くればやしたくみ. Kurebayashi made her anime voice acting debut in 1994 at the age of thirty-five. Her debut role was notably a triple role in the series The Brave Police J-Decker, where she voiced Ayako Kimizuka, Masaki Kitagawa, and Sanae Itohata in the same production.

Beyond her debut work, Kurebayashi is recognized for several significant supporting roles in anime from the 1990s and early 2000s. In the series Human Crossing, she played the role of Yoshiko Kurata. Her other prominent television anime appearances include Madera and Gina in Romeo's Blue Sky (1995), the role of Midori Goto in an episode of the long-running series Detective Conan (1996), and a variety of minor characters in Inuyasha, such as a mother, a nun, and a snake woman, with her last credited anime role being in the Inuyasha: The Final Act in 2009. She also appeared as a female general in the 2003 series Fullmetal Alchemist, as Mirei Katagiri in the Classmate 2 OVA, and voiced Jan's mother in the series Homeless Child Remy.

Throughout her career, Kurebayashi primarily took on supporting roles across various anime productions. Her professional activities in anime appear to have concluded around 2009, after which she is believed to have focused primarily on dubbing work for foreign films and television series.
