Miyu Tsuzurahara was born on October 30, 1994, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. She began her voice acting career as a child, entering the entertainment industry as a member of the Himawari Theatre Group.
Tsuzurahara is primarily known for two significant voice roles early in her career. In 2004, at approximately ten years of age, she landed the leading role of Yuzuyu Sakashita in the anime television series Aishiteruze Baby. The series, which aired for 26 episodes, follows a high school boy who must care for his five-year-old cousin Yuzuyu after her mother disappears. That same year, she also voiced the character Moe in an unnamed television series.
In 2005, she provided the Japanese voice for Marlene Wallace in the computer-animated film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Marlene is the young adopted daughter of Barret Wallace and a major character in the film, known for being a bright and mature child who recounts the story of Sephiroth to the viewer at the beginning of the movie.
Beyond these prominent roles, Tsuzurahara contributed to several other projects. Her additional voice work includes performing as a young Aya and a young Tanyu in unspecified television series, as well as Kozue Kuzuhara in a video game.
