Werner Ehrlicher was a German actor and voice actor born on March 4, 1927, in Oer-Erkenschwick, Germany, who passed away on October 7, 2016. While he maintained a substantial career in front of the camera for German film and television from the 1960s through the 1990s, he is recognized in the field of anime for his contributions to German language dubbing productions.

Ehrlicher is known to have voiced the character Kouzou Shibano in the anime series Metal Fighter Miku, a role originally performed in Japanese by Naoki Tatsuta. This series, which follows a group of female wrestlers in a futuristic setting, features Ehrlicher in a supporting role as a member of the Shibano family. Beyond this role, his voice acting work in anime also includes the part of Kenichiro Tsujinaka in the dystopian cyberpunk series Texhnolyze.
