Yoshiko Okamoto is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo who is affiliated with the arts vision talent agency. She is a graduate of the Japanese Narration Acting Institute. Her voice acting career spans from the early 1990s to the late 2010s.

Okamoto is known for numerous supporting roles across a wide range of anime series. She frequently appears in long-running productions, often in guest roles. For example, she has voiced a significant number of characters in the detective series Case Closed, playing roles such as a nurse, an old woman, and characters named Fusae Segawa, Yasue Ishida, Mitsuru Shirakawa, Kiyomi Fukuura, and Kinuko Kitazono. In the series Naruto, she has voiced an elderly woman, and in the supernatural thriller Bleach, she played an unnamed aunt.

Her other notable anime television roles include Mrs. Sakurai, the formidable chairwoman of the academy, in Great Teacher Onizuka. She also provided the voice for Keiko Kamikurata in the series Aquarian Age - Sign for Evolution and its sequel film Aquarian Age Saga II: Don't Forget Me.... Additional roles include a store owner in Clannad, a grandmother in The Law of Ueki, the dean in Shigofumi, and Jean-sensei in Chrono Crusade.

She has also worked extensively in foreign drama and film dubbing. Her credits include providing the Japanese voice for the character Geum Sun-im (played by Kim Hae-sook) in the Korean drama Autumn in My Heart and Adele Webber in the medical drama Grey's Anatomy. She is also known for voicing the character Rataxes (Rattus) in the Japanese dub of the animated series The Raccoons.
