Minami Hamabe is a Japanese actress who was born on August 29, 2000, in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career after winning the New Generation Award at the Seventh Toho Cinderella Audition in 2011. While primarily known for her extensive work in live-action television dramas and films, Hamabe has also contributed her voice to several notable anime projects.

Her voice acting roles are often connected to major anime film productions. In 2019, she voiced the character Ruri Ichigyō in the original science fiction anime film Hello World. Ruri is a high school student and classmate of the protagonist, Naomi Katagaki, with whom she serves on the library committee.
