Tomoya Yano is a Japanese male voice actor affiliated with the agency Ken Production. He was born on September 19th in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

Yano decided to pursue a career in voice acting after watching a DVD special feature that showed a post-recording studio session while he was in high school. He is a graduate of the Tokyo Broadcast Academy and also completed training at the voice acting school School Duo.

His voice acting career includes a variety of supporting roles in anime television series. In 2017, he voiced the character Yutaka Nekomi in the television series A Centaur's Life. That same year, he also played the roles of Ushio in Aho-Girl, the God of War in Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul, and Seta Fast in Akashic Records of Bastard Magical Instructor.

Earlier in his career, he appeared in several notable series. From 2015 to 2016, he voiced various townspeople and soldier characters in the fantasy series Utawarerumono: The False Faces. In 2016, he had roles as a German military policeman in the espionage series Joker Game, as the Shinbashi Captain and a researcher in High School Fleet, and as the Sulfur Numbering Head in the anime adaptation of the game Puzzle & Dragons X. He later reprised a role in the franchise, playing an Ennakamuy soldier in the 2022 series Utawarerumono: Futari no Hakuoro.

Beyond television, Yano has performed voice work for media including the theatrical film Theatrical Version Yowamushi Pedal, the Japanese dub of the animated series Pacific Rim: The Black, and video games such as Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. His personal interests include table tennis, and he has listed his special skills as mahjong and investment, having achieved the highest ranking of "Soul Ten" on the online mahjong platform Mahjong Soul.
