Stephan Rabow is a German voice actor born in 1960. He is known for providing German dubbing voices for numerous characters in animated series and films, as well as live-action productions.

In the field of anime, Rabow is recognized for his role as Kiss, also known as Chew or Chuu, in the long-running series One Piece. The character Kiss is a fish-man and a commander of the Arlong Pirates, distinguished by his ability to spit powerful jets of water and his habit of ending sentences with a kissing sound "chuu". Rabow voiced this character in the main One Piece anime series as well as in the television specials One Piece: Episode of East Blue: Luffy and His Four Friends' Great Adventure and One Piece: Episode of Nami: Kōkaishi no Namida to Nakama no Kizuna.
