Paco Gisbert is a Spanish voice actor known for his work in the dubbing of anime and live-action productions into both Spanish and Valencian. Based in Valencia, he remains active in the dubbing industry and is recognized for having a medium vocal register.

Gisbert is perhaps best known for his long-standing role as Goemon Ishikawa XIII in the Lupin III franchise. He provides the voice for this character in the Valencian dubs of Lupin III: Part II, Lupin III: Part III, and the original Lupin the Third television series. His other significant anime roles include Watari in the Spanish dub of the 2017 live-action Death Note film and Landon in the Spanish dub of Pokémon Horizons: The Series.

Beyond these prominent roles, Gisbert has voiced characters in several other anime productions. In the Pokémon franchise, he also contributed to the Spanish dub of Pokémon XY as Blake, Heath's Father, and Turner, as well as to Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.
