Tomotaka Hachisuka is a Japanese voice actor, actor, columnist, scriptwriter, and director born on January 19 in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. His career in voice acting began in the early 2010s, with one of his earliest credited roles being for a minor character in the 2011 series Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital.

Hachisuka has built a career primarily by voicing supporting and guest characters across numerous anime television series and video games. He is known for providing the Japanese voice for the Decepticon Hammerstrike in the series Transformers: Robots in Disguise, which is known in Japan as Transformers: Adventure. This character is a shark-like pirate who transforms into a submarine.

His other television anime roles include a NASA operator in Space Brothers, a prison guard named Kitamura in Laughing Under the Clouds, Lovely Blue in Hacka Doll the Animation, Flynn in Kakkun, a villain in Lupin the Third Part 5, Sakuya Tokui in Salaryman's Club, and the character Sheronimo in Uchusen El Dlive. He also voiced the character Iluge in the animated film Midnight Crazy Trail. In the film Miss Hokusai, he provided the voice for the character Master.
