Denise Monteiro is a German voice actress known for her work in anime dubbing. Born in Dresden in 1980, she completed her acting studies in 2008 and subsequently studied speech arts with a focus on media speaking at the University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. She has worked as a freelance voice actress since 2010 and also serves as a station voice for the German radio broadcaster RPR1.

Monteiro is best known as the German voice of Asuna Yuuki, the lead female character in the Sword Art Online franchise. She voiced Asuna in the original 2012 Sword Art Online series, as well as in Sword Art Online II, the Sword Art Online: Extra Edition special, and the film Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale. Her other notable anime roles include Miori Shiba in Black Bullet and Kurachi in Guilty Crown. Beyond anime, her dubbing work includes providing the German voice for actress Elizabeth Olsen in various films.
