Yōko Teppōzuka is a Japanese voice actress born on May 7, 1964 in Shimodate, Ibaraki Prefecture. She began her voice acting career in 1991 and is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. In addition to her voice work, Teppōzuka has experience as a stage actor.

Teppōzuka has built a diverse filmography across anime television series, original video animations (OVAs), films, video games, and tokusatsu productions. Among her notable anime television roles are Yamashita in the comedy series Atashin'chi and its sequel Shin Atashin'chi, which follows the daily life of the Tachibana family. She voiced Yūta Kuji in the 1999 series Chiisana Kyojin Microman: Daigekisen! Microman VS Saikyō Senshi Gorgon and reprised this role in the related production Chiisana Kyojin Microman. In the Dr. Slump franchise, she portrayed Gajira Norimaki across multiple entries, including Dr. Slump & Arale-chan Ncha! Penguin Mura yori Ai o Komete, Dr. Slump & Arale-chan Ncha! Penguin Mura wa Hare no chi Hare, Dr. Slump & Arale-chan Ncha! Wakuwaku Hot Natsu Yasumi, and Dr. Slump & Arale-chan Hoyoyo!! Tasuketa Same ni Tsurerarete. Her other television roles include Fumie Nakamura in Henteko na Volunteer, Vittano in World Trigger, Karan in Inuyasha, Shie in Mars Daybreak, and Ryoko in Crayon Shin-chan.

In the original video animation format, Teppōzuka played the role of Angel, an angel rival to the title character, in the 1994 short film Go! Go! Ackman, which was shown at V Jump Festa. She portrayed Jun Kagurazaka in the 1998 OVA Welcome to Pia Carrot 2, part of the visual novel franchise about waitresses at a restaurant chain. Her OVA work also includes the role of Acchi in Three Little Ghosts from 1991, as well as roles in the Tomica franchise such as Tetsuo in Let's Go! Tomica Boys and Toppy in Tomica Kingdom Story. She voiced Dadako in Ultraman Company Kochira Ulkan Tokusō-tai de-su! and Chachazero in the Mahō Sensei Negima! OVAs.

In the realm of tokusatsu, she appeared as the voice of Chanbenarian Gin in the 2004 series Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. Her extensive video game credits include Maria Renard in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, Ellis and Sofia in the Battle Arena Toshinden series, Ai in NeoGeo Battle Coliseum, and the recurring role of Juel in the Summon Night series. She has voiced Charmy Bee in the Sonic the Hedgehog series from 2003 onward and Yuko Asahina in Tokimeki Memorial. In 2025, she reprised the role of Chachazero for a collaboration event in Granblue Fantasy.
