David Nance is an American voice actor born on May 2, 1980, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the Art Institute of Houston with a major in Multimedia in 2000. His voice acting work has primarily been for several Japanese anime series produced by ADV Films. Nance is based in Seattle, Washington, and his vocal style has been described as fun, young, friendly, and a bit quirky.

His most frequently cited anime voice role is Chokkei Hayami in the English dub of the OAV series New Cutey Honey, which was released between 1994 and 1995. He appeared in all eight episodes of that series. Other notable voice roles include Jones in the OAV series Dirty Pair and Seiji Komatsu in the movie New Kimagure Orange Road: Summer's Beginning.
