Toshifumi Sakai is a Japanese voice actor born on April 28 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He began his voice acting career in 2009 and was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Jac in production. His early work in anime included minor roles, such as playing a male student in the series Kämpfer.

Sakai is best known for his role as Nozomu Juse, also romanized as Nozomu Itsuse, in the anime series I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying and its sequel, I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying: 2nd Thread. In this series, he voices the husband, a dedicated otaku, opposite the voice actress Yukari Tamura.

Beyond this prominent role, Sakai has provided voices for several other anime projects. In 2013, he voiced various characters in the animated feature film Berserk: The Golden Age Arc III - The Advent, including a lumberjack, a member of the Band of the Hawk, and a soldier. In 2014, he played multiple supporting characters such as a subordinate and a store clerk in the series Strange Plus. He has also contributed voice work to television dramas, including Woman and Oh, My Dad!!, and has appeared in television commercials for brands like JCB and ARROWS. On stage, Sakai performed the role of Kurahashi in the theatrical production The Love of Actress Sumako Matsui.
