Jose Luis Reza Arenas, known professionally as José Arenas, is a Mexican voice actor, dubbing director, and announcer with more than three decades of experience in the Latin American entertainment industry. Born on June 14, 1973, in Mexico City, he began his career in voice dubbing in 1992 after studying at the Instituto Andrés Soler, which is part of the Asociación Nacional de Actores.

Reza Arenas has built an extensive portfolio. He is known for providing the Latin Spanish voice for a wide variety of characters in anime. Among his most prominent roles are Yuri in both Megalobox and its sequel Megalobox 2: Nomad, and Johann Faust VIII in the 2021 version of Shaman King. In the Netflix original anime Super Crooks, he is the voice of Josh, also known as The Ghost. He also took on the lead role of Tatsu, the formidable former yakuza turned househusband, in The Way of the Househusband. His film work includes voicing David Shield in My Hero Academia: Two Heroes and Momotaro Morikawa, also known as Peach, in Napping Princess.

His work in long-running franchises includes voicing the villainous Orochimaru in Naruto and Naruto Shippūden. In the Dragon Ball franchise, his roles include the villain Jeice in Dragon Ball Z Kai. He also voiced the character of Benji Price, known as Genzo Wakabayashi in the original, in the soccer anime Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002. His other anime credits include voicing Captain Harlock in multiple productions, Akisame Koetsuji in KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple, Demon, also known as Shuten Douji, in Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers, and roles in Inuyasha and Zatch Bell. Within the Pokémon franchise, he voiced the character Nando during the Diamond and Pearl series. He also provided the voice for the character Doji in the series Beyblade: Metal Fusion.

Beyond these roles, Reza Arenas has a number of recurring patterns and notable achievements. He is the regular dubbing voice for actors Michael Fassbender and Jerry Trainor. His work also extends to non-anime animation, where he has voiced iconic characters such as Jake the Dog in Adventure Time. With more than 30 years of experience, Reza Arenas remains an active and prominent figure in Latin American dubbing, also working as a director in addition to his performance work.
