Stephanie Morgenstern is a Canadian actress, filmmaker, and screenwriter who is recognized for her work as a voice actor in anime and video game localizations. Born on December 10, 1965, she is a bilingual performer who has worked extensively in both English and French-language productions across stage, film, and television.

Morgenstern is most widely known by anime fans as the original English voice of Mina, also known as Sailor Venus, in the DIC Entertainment dub of the Sailor Moon anime series. She voiced the character in the first several seasons of the television series and reprised the role for the English dubs of the associated theatrical films, including Sailor Moon R: The Movie, Sailor Moon S: The Movie, and Sailor Moon SuperS: The Movie. Her tenure on the television series covered 54 episodes.

Beyond her signature role in Sailor Moon, Morgenstern contributed to other anime and animated properties produced for the North American market. She provided the voice for Ayame in the English dub of the anime television series Power Stone, which is based on the Capcom fighting game franchise. In the same series, she also voiced the character Cassie. Among her other voice credits from this period are roles in the animated series Blazing Dragons as Princess Flame and a part in the film The Nutcracker Prince.
