Citlalli Godoy is a Venezuelan-Mexican theater, dubbing, and voice-over actress known for her work in the Latin American Spanish dubbing industry. She has provided voices for a range of anime series and other media.

Godoy is recognized for several significant anime voice roles. She voiced Arcueid Brunestud in the series Lunar Legend Tsukihime. In the anime Noir, she played the role of Altena, the enigmatic leader of a rogue faction of the secret society Les Soldats. She also contributed to the Beyblade franchise, voicing the character Max in Beyblade G-Revolution. Her other anime credits include Buzam in Vandread and Vandread: The Second Stage, Miharu Ohzora in Stratos 4, Kyogetsu Inori in Hell Girl, Aqua and Françoise Usada in Di Gi Charat Nyo!, Ofuku in Basilisk, and Minako Momodaira in Nodame Cantabile.

Beyond anime, her voice acting work includes the role of Dr. Priyanka Maheswaran in the Latin American Spanish dub of Steven Universe, as well as Marianne Thornberry in The Thornberrys series and related films.
