Vera Teltz is a German voice actor and dubbing artist born in 1971 in Düsseldorf, Germany. She completed her acting training at the Theater der Keller in Cologne, graduating with distinction in 1998, and has since built an extensive career spanning live-action dubbing, animation, audiobooks, and on-screen acting.

Within anime and Japanese animation, Teltz has contributed German voice work to several notable productions. She is known for providing the German voice of Deunan Knute, the protagonist of the Appleseed film series. Additionally, she voiced Natsuru Sakamoto in the series Princess Princess. Through these roles, she has demonstrated her range in bringing animated characters to German-speaking audiences.

Beyond anime, Teltz has established herself as a prolific dubbing artist for numerous Hollywood actors. She is the regular German voice for Naomie Harris, dubbing her as Tia Dalma in the Pirates of the Caribbean films and as Eve Moneypenny in the James Bond series starring Daniel Craig. She also voices Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen in the Alice in Wonderland films, Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand in The Mandalorian and Star Wars: The Bad Batch, and Carrie Coon as Proxima Midnight in the Avengers films. Other notable dubbing credits include Noomi Rapace in Prometheus, Jennifer Jason Leigh in The Hateful Eight, Jane Lynch in Ralph Breaks the Internet, and Pamela Adlon in Californication and Better Things.

In addition to her voice work for film and television, Teltz has performed as a stage actor at venues including the Staatstheater Braunschweig, Volkstheater Rostock, and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. She has also made guest appearances on German television series such as Kommissar Stolberg, Danni Lowinski, and Großstadtrevier. Her audio work extends to numerous audiobook and radio drama productions. Teltz is based in Berlin and is a member of the Bundesverband Schauspiel (BFFS).
