Riichi Nishimoto is a Japanese voice actor born on April 20, 1976, in Sapporo, Hokkaido. He is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce and made his debut as a voice actor in 2002. His first credited role was in the television anime Rockman EXE, where he voiced the character Kamen Rider.

Nishimoto's career includes a range of supporting and guest roles in numerous anime series throughout the 2000s. He is perhaps best known for his work in 2006, a year in which he appeared in several prominent and enduring titles. During this time, he voiced Ukyo in the comedy series Amaenaide yo!!
