Naoko Seto is a Japanese voice actress and narrator known for her warm vocal quality and expressive range. Her career in voice acting began in 1997, and she has since contributed to numerous anime series, video games, and drama CDs. She was born on December 24 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, and has blood type O. Over the years, Seto has been affiliated with several talent agencies, including Kekke Corporation and Jackpot, before continuing her career as a freelance artist.
Seto made her debut in 1997, taking on early roles in series such as Kero Kero Chaimu as the character Setsuna, Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo as a policewoman named Misato, and Rurouni Kenshin. As her career progressed, she continued to build a diverse portfolio of supporting and guest roles.
