Victoria Harwood is a British-born voice actress based in California, recognized for her work in English-language dubs of anime productions, frequently in collaboration with Geneon Entertainment and New Generation Pictures. She began her career as a dancer before transitioning into television and live-action roles, appearing in series such as Auf Wiedersehen, Pet and The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Harwood trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and performed in theater in London and Europe before relocating to Los Angeles to focus on voice-over work.

Harwood is best known for her portrayal of Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, a role she performed in both the original Hellsing anime series and its subsequent adaptation, Hellsing Ultimate. This character remains her most recognized credit. Her other significant anime voice roles include Eriko Kaneda, often referred to as Doc, in the series Texhnolyze, and Rubi in DearS. She also voiced the Umbran Elder in Bayonetta: Bloody Fate, a guidance counselor in Strawberry Eggs, a housewife in Paranoia Agent, an English wife in an episode of Monster, and Hermione in Sid and Nancy. Outside of anime, Harwood contributed voice work to video games, providing the voice for Roeas in The Last Remnant and Roussalier in Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria.

Beyond her voice acting career, Harwood is also an author, having published a book titled The Seamstress of Ourfa in 2018.
