Séverine Morisot is a French voice actress born on April 25, 1961, in Paris, France. She is primarily recognized for her extensive work in dubbing foreign-language animated series and films, including numerous anime titles, for French-speaking audiences.

Morisot is best known for providing the French voice of the character Thémis in the classic anime series Ulysses 31. Her career in animation during the 1980s includes several notable lead roles. She voiced the title character in the 1981 series Yuki and played Marielle in the 1984 series Tongari Bōshi no Memoru (also known as Memoru). Her other anime roles from this era include Annette Barniel in The Alps Story: My Annette from 1983 and Nell in Sasurai no Shōjo Nell from 1979. She also voiced the character Ayma in the 1984 series Bibifoc and the character Boumbo in the 1985 series Boumbo. In the field of animated films, her film credits from this period include a role in the 1982 movie Puss 'n Boots.

Beyond anime, Morisot was a prolific voice for French dubs of Disney and other animated features. She is credited with the French voice of the title character Alice in a later dub of Alice in Wonderland, and Wendy Darling in a later dub of Peter Pan.
