Pablo Hertsens, also known as Pablo Andres or Pablo Andres Hertsens, is a Belgian voice actor born on December 13, 1979, in Woluwe Saint-Lambert, Belgium. Before establishing his career in dubbing, Hertsens was active in the Belgian hip-hop scene, performing under the name Pablo Andres.

Hertsens is best known as the French voice for leading characters in several major anime franchises. He is the voice of Gingka Hagane, the protagonist of the Metal Fight Beyblade series. He voiced this character across multiple series, including Beyblade: Metal Fusion, Beyblade: Metal Masters, Beyblade: Metal Fury, and Beyblade: Shogun Steel, as well as the film Beyblade: le Film. Another signature role is that of Mark Evans, the main character of the long-running soccer series Inazuma Eleven. He reprised this role across several series, films, and video games, including Inazuma Eleven GO and the film Inazuma Eleven: le Film.

Beyond these prominent roles, Hertsens has a wide variety of anime credits. His work in the series One Piece includes the characters Merry, Yosaku, Prince Fukaboshi, the Ministre de la Gauche, and Scotch from the Yeti Cool Brothers. He has also voiced characters in Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Initial D, Kenshin the Vagabond, and Pokémon Diamant et Perle.

In addition to anime, Hertsens has lent his voice to various animated series, including Vinnie Terrio in Littlest Pet Shop, Chad in the first two seasons of Clarence, César Salazar in Generator Rex, Doc Saturday in Les Saturdays, and Inky in Pac-Man et les aventures de fantômes. He has also worked on live-action dubbing, notably as the French voice of Joe Jonas in the series Jonas L.A..
