Ferdi Özten is a German-Turkish actor and voice actor born in 1987 in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany. He began his career with formal training, completing his acting studies at the ARTURO Schauspielschule in Cologne from 2008 to 2012. Following his education, he gained extensive experience in theatre, performing with companies such as the Comedia Theater in Cologne, the Junges Theater Bonn, the Theater Heilbronn, and the Stadttheater Paderborn. His stage work included a range of leading roles, such as the title character in Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer and Christopher Boone in Supergute Tage, a performance that contributed to the Junge Theater Bonn winning the Monica Bleibtreu Prize and the audience award in 2016. He has also appeared in numerous German television series, including SOKO Köln, Bettys Diagnose, In aller Freundschaft, and has been a series regular on WaPo Elbe since 2023.
As a voice actor, Özten has lent his voice to a variety of characters in anime, animated series, and films. In the anime series My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, he is the German voice for the character Sirius Dieke, providing the voice for the original Japanese voice actor Toshiki Masuda.
