Yuka Inoue is a Japanese voice actress born on August 8, 1989, in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from the Voice Actor Department at Amusement Media Academy. Inoue was formerly affiliated with the talent agency Yurinpuro and now works as a freelance voice actor.
Inoue made her professional debut providing the Japanese dub voice for the film Moon Princess. She is best known for her role as Saemonza, also known as Kiyomi Sugiyama, in the Girls und Panzer franchise. She has voiced this character across multiple installments, including the original 2012 television series, the OVA, the film Girls und Panzer der Film, and several parts of the concluding film series Girls und Panzer das Finale. In addition to Saemonza, Inoue has voiced other minor roles within the same series, including Hamada and Yatsuko Nishihara in the Final Chapter.
