Shiho Nagoshi is a Japanese voice actress and stage actress born on May 17, 1967, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the theatrical company Bungakuza, having joined its attached acting research institute in 1990 before becoming a full company member in 1995. She is a graduate of the literature department at Meiji University.

Nagoshi is perhaps best known to international anime audiences for her role as Irene Carrier in the 1998 science fiction series Brain Powerd. Her other notable work in anime includes providing the voice for Icelina Eschenbach in the 2000 DVD version of the film Mobile Suit Gundam I.

Beyond her voice work in animation, Nagoshi has maintained a career as a screen actress. Her live-action credits include a guest role as a massage therapist in a 2022 episode of the long-running television series Kodoku no Gurume, as well as appearances in the films Chai Tomo from 2023 and Mirrorliar Films Season 8, which is scheduled for release in 2026. Her personal interests and hobbies reportedly include playing jazz piano and swimming.
