Kazumasa Takemoto is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on March 8, 1952, in Oita Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from the law faculty of Waseda University before joining the theatrical troupe Bungakuza in 1975 as part of its 15th generation of students. His career in entertainment has spanned both live-action and voice acting roles, establishing him as a versatile performer in the Japanese industry.

As a voice actor, Takemoto is known for supporting roles in several major anime series and films. One of his notable performances is as the father of Houichi in the series Mushishi: The Next Chapter, specifically in the ninth episode of the season. He has also contributed to the long-running detective series Detective Conan, playing the role of a doctor in episode 907.

Takemoto has been featured in the Lupin III franchise on multiple occasions. He voiced an announcer in the television series Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine and portrayed an official in the feature film Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen's Gravestone. His other anime credits include the role of Shinichi Kaneko in Space Brothers, episode 45, and a nobleman in Sunday Without God, episode five.
