Megumi Kobashi is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on July 3, 1979 in Tokyo, Japan. She is represented by the talent agency FMG.

Kobashi began her entertainment career in 1994, making her debut in the television series Hanjuku Tamago. Her early work brought her attention for roles in the Taiga drama Tokugawa Yoshinobu, where she played Chikako, Princess Kazu, as well as in the series Shin Tenmadetodoke. Over the course of her career, she has appeared extensively in Japanese television dramas and feature films, with a filmography that includes guest roles in long-running series such as Shomuni, Trick 2, Aibō (season six), Kamen Rider Ghost, and the Kariya Keibu Series of television films.

While the majority of her on-screen work is in live-action productions, Kobashi is also known for her work in anime voice acting. Her most recognized anime role is Shino in the series Mushishi: The Next Chapter, specifically appearing in the episode titled Thunder, which aired on December 7, 2014.

Beyond acting, Kobashi is known as a book enthusiast and has written a serial essay about literature titled Dokusho Netsu for the e-book literary magazine Shōsetsu-ya sari-sari. This collection of essays was later compiled and published as a book, Koi Doku: Hon ni Koi shita 2-nen 9kagetsu, on September 26, 2015.
