Eva Maria Bayerwaltes is a German actress and voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing foreign films and television series. In the context of anime, she is most recognized for her voice role as Queen Metaria in the reboot series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal. Queen Metaria is the primary antagonist and the formless, energy-based entity that serves as the ultimate evil commanding the Dark Kingdom. Bayerwaltes provided the German voice for this character in the series, which aired from 2014 to 2016.

Born in Bonn, Germany, on July 28, 1950, Bayerwaltes completed her acting education at the Salzburg Mozarteum, graduating with a degree in stage performance in 1972. Her career began in theatre with engagements at venues including the Städtische Bühnen Freiburg and the Hessisches Landestheater Marburg, before she moved into television and film acting in the 1980s. She began focusing on dubbing work in the early 1980s after attending a seminar at the Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich.
