Noriko Shindō is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo. Her birthday is recorded as January 1, though the year of her birth is not specified in available records.

Shindō began her career in 1953 after joining the Tokyo Broadcasting Drama Troupe as a member of its fifth intake. Her early work was occasionally credited under a different character rendering of her name. She would become known for frequently taking on roles of mothers and queens throughout her time in the industry.

Her voice acting filmography spans from the late 1940s through to the 2000s, covering both feature films and television series. One of her earliest known roles was in the 1948 anime film Gulliver's Travels. In 1960, she voiced the character Lin-Lin in the anime film Alakazam the Great. Three years later, in 1963, she portrayed Amaterasu Ōmikami in the film The Little Prince and the Eight-Headed Dragon.

During the 1960s, Shindō also worked in television animation. In 1966, she voiced two characters in the series Rainbow Sentai Robin: Lily and Sumiko. The following year, in 1967, she played the role of the Queen in the series Princess Knight.

Her work continued through the 1970s and beyond. She took on the role of Baba Baronetta in the 1970 puppet series Nekojara-shi no 11-nin. In 1975, she played a witch in the puppet program Pan o Funda Musume and portrayed Princess Marian in the anime Robin Hood. She also contributed to the long-running puppet drama Purimpurin Monogatari in 1979, voicing the character Queen.

Shindō also performed in Japanese dubs of Western animation. She voiced Duchess in the 1972 film The Aristocats. In the 1981 film The Fox and the Hound, she played the character Tweed, and later reprised a role in the sequel The Fox and the Hound 2 in 2007 as Tweed's wife. Additional work includes roles in The Wonderful Adventures of Sinbad (1962) and Olivia no Bōken (1989).
