Eloisa Cruz Canlas was a Filipino voice artist whose career included work as a voice actor for anime television productions. She is recognized for her roles in the Philippine-dubbed versions of the anime series Sailor Moon, in which she voiced the characters Ami Mizuno, also known as Sailor Mercury, and Luna, the feline advisor to the Sailor Guardians, in both the original Sailor Moon series and Sailor Moon R.

Beyond her anime work, Canlas had an extensive career in Philippine radio drama, spanning more than half a century from the 1960s. She started as a production assistant and became known for voicing a wide array of characters, from heroic princes to villains, and was also a freelance voice talent for numerous commercials and television programs. She was the recipient of the 2011 University of the Philippines Gawad Plaridel Award, a prestigious honor recognizing her outstanding contributions to the broadcasting industry. She was also the founder and director of the Tanghalang Parisukat Training Center, a creative voice acting center. Eloisa Cruz Canlas passed away on July 15, 2012, at the age of accident, with some sources reporting her age as 70 at the time of the incident.
