Holger Löwenberg is a German actor and voice actor born in 1954 in Kaltenkirchen, Germany. He studied popular music at the Hochschule der Bildenden Künste in Hamburg and took acting lessons from instructors including Jörg Gade. From 1990 to 1996, he worked as a lecturer for singing and popular music at the Jugendmusikschule Hamburg and for the Landesmusikrat. He has performed on stages in Hildesheim and Hamburg as a musician and singer.

Löwenberg has an extensive career as a voice actor for dubbing and audiobook recordings, lending his voice to numerous actors and animated characters. Based in Hamburg, he performs in the German language and has a vocal age range spanning from 36 to 70 years. His dubbing work includes roles in various film and television series productions, including the Naruto franchise, in which he voices the character Pain in Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie.
